What Happens After You Contact Us
Discovery Conversation
Within one business day of your inquiry, we schedule a 30 to 45 minute discovery conversation. We come prepared with research on your current digital presence and your key Orlando competitors before the call. The conversation covers the business, the specific challenge or opportunity you are addressing, the competitive landscape in your specific part of the Orlando metro, your timeline, and your budget parameters. The goal is genuine mutual understanding, not a sales presentation.
Proposal and Scope
If the discovery conversation confirms we are a good fit, we deliver a written proposal within five to seven business days. The proposal covers the recommended scope of work, the project timeline with defined phases and milestone dates, the investment, and the terms of engagement. We do not use pressure tactics or artificial deadlines. The proposal is what it is, and we give Orlando clients the time they need to evaluate it and ask questions before committing.
Project Kickoff
Once the proposal is signed and the deposit received, we schedule a kickoff meeting and send a client onboarding package covering the information we need from the client to start the project, the client checklist, and the full project timeline. From that point forward, the project proceeds through defined phases with clear deliverables, review rounds, and completion criteria before each subsequent phase begins.
Service Areas in Central Florida
Rawcut Creative serves businesses throughout the Central Florida market including: Orange County (Downtown Orlando, Maitland, Winter Park, Dr. Phillips, Windermere, Ocoee, Winter Garden, Apopka); Seminole County (Altamonte Springs, Oviedo, Sanford, Longwood, Casselberry); Osceola County (Kissimmee, St. Cloud, Celebration); and Lake County (Clermont, Leesburg, The Villages area).
The businesses that find us and reach out are typically ready to make a real investment in their digital presence. They have usually already had at least one experience with a provider who underdelivered, or they are launching something new and want to get it right from the start. Either way, the conversation is the right place to start. We do not require a defined brief or a specific scope before the first call. What we need is enough context to understand whether we can genuinely help and what helping would look like for the specific Orlando business and its specific market situation.
